A Move and Mindful 1 to 1 breathwork session is an intersection between talk therapy, yoga, meditation and energy work. No prior experience is necessary.

In a private or semi-private session, we work closely together to identify your personal blocks to release the stories, habits and energies that are getting in the way of you feeling your best and achieving your goals.
